Justin Simon Associate
Justin Simon joined MPM in 2008 from Leerink Swann & Co. where he worked in its healthcare focused investment banking group. While at Leerink, Justin worked on a number of equity financing solutions for Biotech and Medtech companies and his deal list includes Private Placements, IPO's, Follow-on Offerings, Registered Direct Offerings, and Private Placements in Public Equity. Prior to joining the Leerink Swann team Justin completed a summer associateship in the Venture Capital group of OrbiMed Advisors, a New York based healthcare fund. Justin completed his MA in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Biology from Denison University. Justin is a strong supporter and fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
